The Internship

The UCSC Farm and Alan Chadwick Garden on campus has one of the longest-running programs in agroecology and sustainable food systems in the country. For undergraduates interested in possibly pursuing agriculture in the future, the UCSC Farm and Alan Chadwick Garden hosts an 12 hour a week internship to begin learning about and apply  sustainable organic agricultural techniques.

After interning for one quarter I could not stop! I enjoyed that learning and direct application way too much čÖé ┬áSince that quarter I have consistently volunteered atleast 4 hours a week the subsequent quarters after!
